What happens after I submit? ⌄

You’ll get an auto-confirmation right away. Marla follows up personally within 72 business hours with your custom quote. Once you confirm the details, a contract and invoice are sent to lock in your date.

How does payment work? ⌄

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is invoiced the day before your event. Payment is accepted via the link Marla sends with your invoice.

What’s the Cookie Bar lead time? ⌄

Cookie Bar events require a minimum 30-day lead time from deposit receipt. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates.

How is the travel fee calculated? ⌄

Based on actual drive time and distance from Midlothian, VA using Google Maps. The estimate shown on the form is confirmed in your quote — no surprises.

Can I book cookies and drinks together? ⌄

Yes — select “Both” at the top of the page. When booked together, your cookie presentation fee is automatically upgraded. One inquiry, one quote, one event.

What do I need at my venue? ⌄

An electrical outlet within 25 feet of the setup area, and an indoor or shaded outdoor space. No outlet available? A $50 generator fee applies. Unshaded outdoor setups require approval — note it in your inquiry.

Can I add extra drinks, hours, or flavors? ⌄

Yes. Extra hours (+$250–$350/hr depending on guest count), drink bundles, and additional signature drink options (+$50 each beyond 3) are all available. Add-ons are confirmed in your custom quote.
