Local Delivery & Pick-up Policy

Delivery

Local delivery is available on Saturdays between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM within our designated delivery zones. Delivery fees are calculated at time of order based on your ZIP code.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, your order will be left at the front door or porch. Sugar & Fizz is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed.

Our products are freshly baked and weather sensitive. We strongly recommend retrieving your order promptly upon delivery. Sugar & Fizz is not liable for product quality issues resulting from failure to retrieve your order in a timely manner.

Porch Pickup

Free porch pickup is available on Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM noon to qualify for that week's Saturday pickup.

Orders will be placed in a cooler on the porch. Customers are required to bring a copy of their order confirmation and must only retrieve their own order. Sugar & Fizz is not responsible for missing or incorrect orders resulting from failure to follow pickup procedures.

Sugar & Fizz is not responsible for orders that are not picked up within the designated pickup window, or for product quality issues resulting from delayed pickup.
